Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales/Marketing Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing within the sports nutrition industry, with a strong ability to establish and nurture relationships with gyms, fitness trainers, supplement stores, and distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share for top nutrition brands.
• Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with gyms, fitness trainers, supplement stores, and distribution partners to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
• Identify New Business Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partnerships, collaborations, and distribution channels.
• Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Product Promotion and Brand Awareness: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to increase brand awareness and drive product sales.
• Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, market share, and customer feedback, to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support business objectives.
• Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales and marketing within the sports nutrition industry, with a strong network of contacts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
• Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Pay: ₹9,677.79 – ₹15,000.00 per month
