What we’re looking for:

We need a Marketing Performance Coordinator! This is a remote (work-from-home) position.

As the Marketing Performance Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with the creative manager to align campaign strategies with creative assets, develop and implement data-driven strategies to maximize ad performance and ROI, and identify new advertising channels and opportunities for campaign expansion.

Analyzing campaign performance metrics regularly, providing insights on KPIs, utilizing advanced tracking tools to measure campaigns’ effectiveness, and continuously testing and refining ad creatives, targeting parameters, and landing pages for optimum performance will also be part of your responsibilities.

Key responsabilities:

• Landing page optimization

• Google Ads and YouTube Ads
• Developing compelling ad copy and visuals
• Provide feedback on ad designs based on performance data, ensuring that creative assets are optimized for conversion.

Must have:

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Marketing Performance Coordinator working with performance advertising (preferably with Google and YouTube)
• Ability to multitask and manage time well, working on multiple projects while maintaining the highest standard of quality
• A calm and collected approach to problem-solving
• Exceptional communication skills
• Impeccable command of the English language. To be able to attract, influence, and convert with limited characters.
• Master or higher level of education preferred
