Service Desk – L1 & L2 Positions

Location : Chennai / Hyderabad

Required Experience 1 & above year for E1 and 3 Years for E2.

We need excellent communication skilled resources experienced with international client support; based out of Hyderabad & Chennai locations.

Education – Any Graduation

1. Good Communication with International Voice Support experience.

2. 24*7 shifts

3. Experience in Troubleshooting Active Directory, RSA Token, VPN, Citrix, VDI related issues.

4. Basic knowledge on MS office

Roles & Responsibilities.

1. To maintain high login Efficiency (Availability) for customers

2. To resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time

3. To adhere to quality standards (voice and accent, Tech Monitoring), regulatory requirements and company policies

4. To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum average handling time (AHT), rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases

5. To update worklogs and follow shift for escalation process and process compliance.
