Automobile Engineer Full Time

Candidates with WORK EXPERIENCE AT A CAR SERVICE CENTER are preferred.

Fresh graduates with good technical knowledge of the working of a car’s systems can also apply.

Designation assigned to you will be: Service Experience Manager

Job Description:

1. Meet with customers at their home / office and form a genuine trust relationship that reflects the company values of Technical Expertise, Quality, and Integrity. Understand customer’s pain points, and relate them to the vehicle. Give comfort and confidence to customer that his concerns have been understood, and will be solved with his consent. Pickup customer car from their address (only 1 customer is assigned per day to ensure high attention to detail).

2. Drive to our preferred Service Center.

3. Ensure high quality work is done at lowest possible cost, using your technical knowledge.

4. Perform strict Quality Check on the entire vehicle.

5. Drop the car back to the customers address.

6. Explain all tasks completed, and costs saved in detail to the customer.

7. Ensure customer delight by working sincerely, with a very positive attitude.

Abilities / Qualities you must have:

• You must be able to speak and write good English, must be willing to put in extra hours at work, and must have high ethics (never cheat).
• You must have a valid 2W and 4W drivers licence.
• You must have car driving experience – at least 6 months.

We work 5 days a week. Saturdays and Sundays are holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹31,000.00 – ₹36,000.00 per month
