For our Hyderabad Office we are looking for a Dynamic ACCOUNTANT in English Skills & Computer Skills, with great knowledge and Practical experience in ACCOUNTS Department.
Position Summary: PAC ASIA is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be bold, confident, and possess excellent accounting skills. As an Accountant at PAC ASIA, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in accounting records, and providing timely financial reports to support decision-making processes.
Responsibilities:
Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
Bookkeeping: Handle day-to-day bookkeeping activities, such as recording financial transactions, processing invoices, and issuing payments to vendors and service providers.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, analyzing variances, and providing recommendations for improvement.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Tax Compliance: Collaborate with external tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate preparation of tax returns, including income tax, VAT/GST, and other applicable taxes.
Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize financial performance.
Audit Support: Prepare necessary documentation and assist in internal and external audit processes to ensure compliance and address any audit queries or requirements.
Financial Controls: Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets, prevent fraud, and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
Payroll Processing: Coordinate and oversee payroll processes, including calculation of salaries, deductions, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on relevant accounting regulations, standards, and best practices. Implement changes as required to ensure compliance and minimize financial risks.
