Restaurant Receptionist / Host / Hostess Full Time

We are seeking strong, experienced, full time female Receptionists on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate must come from quality restaurant background and be customer focused, organised and highly professional. They will display:

• High level of professionalism and reliability in a restaurant environment
• A fantastic grasp of the English language.
• A warm and often used smile
• A strong and friendly phone manner
• Knowledge of restaurant booking systems and managing order
• Capability of running a busy reception desk in a sizeable restaurant

Typical duties may include but not be limited to:

• Answering the telephones, taking and maximising bookings.
• Meeting, greeting and seating guests.
• Delivering excellent customer service skills and handling all guests complaints, requests and enquiries on food, beverage and service.
• Use of the EPOS system at all stages of service
• Be available to work any given day of the week; the restaurant is in operation 7 days per week.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 – ₹16,000.00 per month

• Day shift
• Rotational shift
