Freelance Recruiter Full Time

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Freelance Recruiter. The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and sourcing qualified candidates for various roles within the company. The recruiter will develop and execute recruiting strategies and work closely with hiring managers to ensure timely and efficient hiring. Other responsibilities include screening resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers.

Job Description

1.Excellent exp in end to end Non IT Fresher recruitment , Research , Analytics , and Functional requirement .

2.Excellent experience in working on job portals and social networking sites to get the right profiles in the shortest possible time.

3.Screen interview candidates within the framework of the position.

4.Understanding the job requirement and sourcing accordingly.

5.Convincing the candidate for the opportunity.

6.Schedule interviews and get feedback.

7.Guiding and facilitating the candidates in areas of compensation, DOJ; thereby ensuring that the candidate joins.

8.Follow up with the candidate till the date of joining.

9.Post joining follow up with the candidate to maintain good relations.

10.Maintaining Recruitment database.

Job Type: Freelance

Salary: ₹90,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per month
