Data Entry Operator Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry:Accurately input data from source documents into computer systems.
Update and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other data repositories.

Verification and Accuracy:Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
Detect and correct errors to ensure data integrity.

Quality Control:Perform quality checks on data to identify and rectify discrepancies.
Ensure that data conforms to established standards and guidelines.

Organization and Maintenance:Organize and maintain both electronic and hard copy files.
Retrieve and present data as required.

Timeliness:Complete tasks within established timeframes.
Prioritize work to meet deadlines.

Documentation:Maintain proper records of data entry activities.
Document any issues or discrepancies encountered during the data entry process.

Communication:Communicate effectively with team members and superiors.
Report any data-related issues promptly.

Confidentiality:Adhere to policies regarding the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Software Proficiency:Utilize data entry software and other tools efficiently.
Stay updated on the use of relevant software applications.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Intermediate or Graduated Female candidates only.
• Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of data confidentiality principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
